Pakistan national cricket team donates their half of winning bonus to help the flood relief effort in the country. Players and officials of the national team agreed to donate bonuses half of their Oval win bonus.
The PCB Chairman has announced winning bonus each playing member donates five lakh rupees each and non playing member and team officials donates 2.5 lakh rupees each.
The Pakistan cricket board employees and players have already contributed 11,420,000 rupees to Prime Minister’s Relief Fund for flood victims.
Pakistan's one-day captain, Shahid Afridi and international umpire, Aleem Dar are started the campaigns to collect the money for the thousands of affected people.
The UN says more than 1.2 million homes destroyed and 17 million people have been affected by the floods.
