Vikrant Yeligeti produced a devastating spell of spin bowling to scalp five wickets like Mumbai claimed Buchi Babu Memorial Trophy, inflecting an 87 run defeating the Punjab XI MA Chidambaram Stadium.

Need 285 to win, Punjab have been shot out for 197 in 70.2 overs. Taruwar Kohli, who made a fine 65 (148b, 7x4) top scored for Punjab XI and added 77 runs for the fourth wicket 32.2 overs with Viswa Kholi.

Kholi was 42 (121B, 2 X 4). Perry Goel was 35.

Yeligeti claimed five wickets in the second spell, said 5.2- 0-31 - 5. Medium pacers Murtuz Hussain (2 for 41) and Saurabh Netravalkar (2 for 13) each took a brace of wickets.
