BCCI Fixed Two Dates for Modi’s Disciplinary Hearings


The Board of Control for Cricket in India's (BCCI) disciplinary committee and suspended IPL commissioner, Lalit Modi fixed two sets of dates for the hearings in September and give dead line(Sep 28) to finish the processing.

Witness sublimation: On or before September 7th

Cross examination dates: September 13-15 and 26-28.

Time: 10am-1pm and 6-9 pm.

Place: Hotel Taj Palace, New Delhi.

Deadline for the processing: September 28th

BCCI chief administrative officer, Ratnakar Shetty announced Modi’s cross examination hearing dates were fixed on September 13-15 and September 26-28.

BCCI will submit list of witnesses on or before 7th September and the hearing are scheduled on September 13-15 and 26-28 at Hotel Taj Palace, New Delhi from 10 am - 1 pm and from 6 - 9 pm.

The BCCI responsibilities are to submit a list of witnesses along with their witness statement before Sep 7 and make these witnesses available for cross examination.
